I’m Melinda Kretschmer, Founder and CEO of Admin Ally, with over 20 years of experience in higher education and operations support. Throughout my career, I’ve led and supported complex operational projects, strengthened internal processes, and partnered with leadership to improve efficiency, organization, and service delivery.
My expertise goes beyond traditional administrative support. I specialize in operational project management, including workflow optimization, systems implementation, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

I hold a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida, which has shaped my strategic approach to operations, policy analysis, and program coordination.
